Oversee the total operation of Invensys Foxboro branch, including membership, programs, facilities, volunteer and staff development, financial development, community relations and collaborations with community agencies.• Coordinate the development of the branch board. Direct the volunteer activities including MACS of the branch.• With the support of financial development office, ensure achievement of branch financial development goal. • Represent and promote the YMCA in the local community and develops positive working relationships with other organizations, businesses, and governmental entities. Develop, maintain, and model collaborative relationships with community agencies in service delivery area.• Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staff. Creates a culture of well trained staff that innovates and delivers program with excellence. • Develop, manage, and monitor the branch operating budget and meet or exceeds budget targets.• Direct branch annual operating plans that support the association strategic plan. • Develop and direct high quality relationship-based engagement strategies. Models relationship-building skills (including Listen First) in all interactions with staff, volunteers, members, and the community.• Foster a climate of innovation to develop member-focused programs which support the Y mission, goals, and strategies.• Ensures the safety and maintenance of high quality facilities, grounds, and equipment.• Create and implements membership strategies that promote recruitment of new members and retention of existing members. Support Sales team to meet sales goals. • Serve as a member of Y leadership and supports the overall objectives of the YMCA.• Serve as the association Wellness program team captain with evaluation role of all Wellness directors.

Responsible for all facets of the branch operations including but not limited to: Membership sales, health & wellness, aquatics, instructional programming, facilities, after school programs and camp. Built and renewed strong relationships within the community and local businesses, provide a safe, secure environment for youth and teens in the inner city and as Operations Director.Strengthened strategic partnerships relations with Tufts Hospital and Schools of Medicine, Doubletree Hotel and the Josiah Quincy School System.Raised 80K through multiple special events.
