•Responsible for managing numerous new and existing clients including educational, corporate, and tier one automotive market sectors•Manage appointed projects from inception to completion, including but not limited to designing, estimating, site walkthroughs, construction meetings, client/sales development, purchasing, billing and close-outs•Negotiate and manage client contracts, resource requirements and gross profit margins •Responsible for coordinating the purchase of materials and contracting with subcontractors as required for each project assigned.•Work closely with Technology Consultants, Architects, General Contractors, Electrical Contractors and other trades to maximize project efficiency & execution
