Under the Energy Trust of Oregon Residential contract, I designed and managed the 'Community Partner Funding' initiative that connects community-based organizations to energy efficiency funding/opportunities for their clients. I also supported other DEI-related initiatives and manufactured home programs with technical writing, program design/implementation, and cross-team coordination.

I performed rough and final inspections of residential units for Earth Advantage home certification and LEED for Homes projects. I inspected thermal and pressure boundaries, quality of insulation installation, and ran diagnostic testing to evaluate ventilation and air sealing measures. I acted as the point of contact with construction site supervisors to ensure completion of on-site corrections and communicate best-practices. Additionally, I researched and co-authored measure updates to or single-family home certification program that rolled out in 2019.

Perform residential Quick Home Energy Checks that engage a diverse audience of residents on their home energy efficiency needs and possible solutions. I also completed Home Performance with Energy Star audits under the EmPOWER Maryland initiative. Using BEACON energy modeling software and results from diagnostic testing, I scope home energy retrofits including insulation/air sealing work and act as the point of contact for homeowner clients.

I managed and trained hundreds of volunteers to construct 5 single family homes from foundation to finish for New Orleans Habitat for Humanity. I built alongside the prospective, first-time homebuyers who now own their homes and pay an affordable mortgage.
