After growing rapidly in my previous roles at Granite telecom I took on a leadership role as a NOC Supervisor and worked to develop and refine the NOC workflow and training processes from December 2020 to November 1 2021.As of 11/1/21 I have moved on to the next phase of my career as a Technology Support Specialist for the Carroll School with campuses in Waltham, Lincoln and Wayland, MA. I am focusing on growing as a network/system administrator while leveraging my leadership skills to help my team achieve goals set by our CTO.I am currently working on learning entry level concepts pertaining to Linux, Python, cloud-based development and automation and would love the chance to pursue a role in this field.
