As a Home Care Warranty Specialist at Richmond American Homes, I provide quality customer service and support to home buyers and homeowners. I handle warranty claims, coordinate repairs, and maintain records and reports. I have been in this role for over three years, and I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.In addition to my customer service experience, I am also passionate about software engineering and web development. I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering program at Western Governors University, where I am learning the fundamentals of computer software engineering, such as Java, Python, data structures, algorithms, and software design. I have also taught myself how to use CSS, HTML5, and SQL to create and manage web pages and databases. My goal is to transition into a software engineering career and apply my skills and knowledge to create innovative and user-friendly solutions.
