Mr. Ryan is Corporate Controller for DeBartolo Holdings, LLC, and responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance operations for several diversified entities under the DeBartolo investment portfolio; including but not limited to real estate and sports entertainment. DeBartolo Holdings, LLC continues the work ethic, innovative spirit and achievements of Edward J. DeBartolo, Sr., the legendary pioneer of the shopping mall concept in the 1950s. DeBartolo Holdings is the parent organization that carries on the DeBartolo family tradition to future generations. Founded in March 2002 by Edward J. DeBartolo Jr. DeBartolo Holdings manages and optimizes the diversified businesses and strategic investments of the DeBartolo family. Prior to joining DeBartolo Holdings, Mr. Ryan was Chief Financial Officer and Tax Director for a high net-worth family office also located in Tampa, FL, with a large portfolio of real estate investment entities as well as oil and gas investment partnerships. Mr. Ryan holds a B.S. degree from the University of South Florida (Accounting). He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Florida. Mr. Ryan is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the Board of Directors – University of South Florida Bulls Varsity Club.
