PEAKE provides a full range of managed IT services, including consulting, helpdesk, security, cloud-hosted VoIP, private cloud, and datacenter colocation services. I oversee all aspects of our hosted services: facilities-based offerings delivered over PEAKE-owned infrastructure, provided with strict SLAs to meet the demanding needs of our healthcare customer base. Along with my partners, Chris Knotts and Mary Knotts, we've built PEAKE into a well-respected 8-figure ARR business through organic growth, without external investment. PEAKE serves hundreds of customer locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and elsewhere in the US through our ISO 9001- and 27001-certified process.

Greensite designed 100% renewable energy powered, grid-independent data center technology to sustainably address the mission-critical needs of environmentally conscious organizations. Assisted by a series of grants from the State of Maryland, Greensite's first Landfill-Gas-to-Energy powered data center was slated to open in Prince Georges County, Maryland. Unfortunately, the global COVID-19 pandemic halted deployment of this technology.

Co-owned and jointly managed a full-service IT solutions provider for Washington, DC area business, local government, and healthcare customers. BAIS2 provided managed IT services ranging from helpdesk support to long-term infrastructure planning. We focused on organizations with 10 to 250 employees and a need for guaranteed response times. BAIS2 was transitioned into PEAKE Technology Partners in 2016.

Founded and developed a facilities-based internet service provider for the Washington, DC metro area. Vector provided SLA-backed services to the SMB, healthcare, and local government markets. Our focus areas included DIA, VoIP, data storage and backup, and hosted compute services. Vector is now a business unit of PEAKE Technology Partners.

Coordinated after-hours outage response for Bucknell's campus computing infrastructure. Performed active monitoring, responded to automated system alerts, and initiated outage response efforts depending on individual outage scenarios.

Provided campuswide support for Bucknell's physical network edge, including new deployments, documentation, and outage response.
