• This role supports the project team and project manager in implementing the customer according to the agreed on project plan, at the defined spend or revenue target, and in a manner that results in a satisfied and.
• Facilitating requirements gathering sessions for systems, enhancements, integrations, and processes
• Mapping the requirements to the IQNavigator system and/or services solution and identify, and then manage, any gaps
• Documenting business processes, business requirements, technical requirements, and system configurations
• Defining, supervising, and assisting with test cycles
• Executing user acceptance, integration, and end-to-end test scripts/cases

• The Functional Analyst’s primary responsibilities are to support and manage effective, efficient use of the IQNavigator solution; to facilitate VMS & MSP processes, and manage compliance with the contingent workforce.
• Provide functional analysis to client programs by evaluating customer business; understand the goals of the program, and making system recommendations based on knowledge of IQN’s capabilities
• Responsible for maintaining system configurations; recommend system enhancements to the client, field and account team(s) to enable process efficiencies and reduce manual efforts
• Provide system subject matter expertise to various client support personnel within designated service delivery team(s)
• Provide functional troubleshooting, working closely with Tier2/Tier3 on system issues requiring client background and understanding of customer specific use cases
• Responsible for incident & enhancement management, monitoring and managing testing process regarding customer enhancements. Acts as client advocate for prioritization of incidents, driving results and incident response.
