A Production man in a Quality role reporting to Supply Chain and working with Vendors and Customers.Coordinate incoming new can graphics: Sync Brand, Scheduling, Production, and Quality Depts on new label qualifications. Ensure Corporate, Legal, and Customer approvals on file for all production. Communicate specific needs for inks and specialty materials with suppliers. Multi-platform data entry and item maintenance for an ever-shifting product portfolio. Manage inventory of printing plates: Track stock of production materials for over 140 different graphics consumed at various rates. Place orders with multiple vendors to maintain necessary plate supply. Develop labels and signage to minimize errors on the production floor. Deliver job buckets to crews according to production schedules. Seek cost-reductions without endangering product quality or service reliability.

"Serve as a process lead in the Can Production Area at Rocky Mountain Metal Container to include the following: implementation of MillerCoors Manufacturing way, grow and develop others, review line performance and identify follow up items for the line, coordinating the press and deco area activities in support of cross-functional events, shift exchange tie-in communications, report writing, documentation/record keeping, training, and problem solving. Individual must be capable of initial assessment of all operating processes and notification procedures to department management."
