Led a 10 member team responsible for deployment and training of and mission execution by a 400 soldier battalion serving a tour in Baghdad, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Managed the mission planning, risk assessment and operation of $840M in helicopters and 36 pilots daily in a combat environment with no loss of personnel or aircraft. Coordinated for and provided command and control of attack helicopter support for 4 Brigades consisting of over 15,000 soldiers.

Managed a staff of 3 logisticians. Supervised and directed all logistics activities while managing the battalion's annual budget and all purchasing contracts. Authorized over $100,000 in expenditures for renovations of every building occupied by the battalion.Tracked and managed movement of $500M of equipment; Reestablished accountability of $250,000 of government property.

Led a 3 person staff responsible for the daily tasking of all 101 U.S. Army rotary wing and VIP fixed wing aircraft operating in Afghanistan. Additionally, served as the personal advisor to the commanding general of U.S. Forces on matters regarding the development of the Afghan security forces.Planned, coordinated, and assisted in the execution of over 2000 aviation missions, including 1500 logistical support missions.Personally coordinated aviation assets for all 300 distinguished visitors including the Vice President of the United States and the President of Afghanistan.

Led a 7 member team of soldiers and civilians coordinating training and resources for an entire airborne infantry division. Supervised and coordinated resourcing of ammunition and training facility requirements for the 14,500 personnel in the 82nd Airborne Division. Managed programs field-testing new combat systems prior to fielding within the division.

Led a 15-person platoon including 7 pilots and 8 helicopter mechanics. Managed the operational readiness of $100M of equipment including 4 AH-64D helicopters.Responsible for the well being, discipline, and collective training of all 15 employees.Supervised the movement of all equipment and employees from Texas to North Carolina.
