These attributes, coupled with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, have allowed me to develop a fantastic little walk up eatery on my wife's family farm outside of Eugene, OR.I love being in hospitality. I truly believe it to be a very noble pursuit. There are few careers that allow oneself such immediate job satisfaction. I’m addressing what I like to term as, “the smile building business”. It’s pretty amazing to be able to facilitate happiness in people that you can immediately discern. To help create amazing memories and experiences. I love creating "regulars". In the process, I have happened to create a nice food trailer business that I hope to expand.The focus though is the craft beverage industry.This is the PNW. A leader in craft beverage production.
