End to End factory supply chain management across the 3 sites in the META region (Dubai, Jeddah and Cairo). Managing 25+ Mars associates and 60+ contractors. Leading the META S&OP+ process (SMR), Delivery of META supply strategy and managing trade-off decisions across the region. Management of multi million $ supply budget and contract logistics. Lean deployment and network optimisation, continuous improvement and competency development in supply chain, representing Mars META on regional and global forums.

Managing a team of 14+ associates. Responsible for the supply of raws/packs into our Dubai plant and finished goods from factories around the world into the GCC/broader AIME region. Deployment of finished goods from the local Dubai factory and consolidated warehouses across the middle east. Production/Supply planning, 3PL service provider management (warehousing/logistics), customer service, supply/logistics budget management, lean deployment, innovation and continuous improvement within the supply chain.

Managed a team of 20 staff in the Logistics, Commercial, Customer Service & IT functions. Specialised in route to market & network design. Lean and inventory pipeline reduction, 3PL management, sustainability program management, warehouse flow optimisation, transportation, customer service project management, sales systems development and technology application deployment.
