Wine Exchange is a mid-sized e-tailer/brick-and-mortar in volume but one of the most respected wine merchants in the United States and has been since their humble beginnings in 1982. 2015 marked a new direction for the brand and with it a refresh of our values and a dedication to the emergence of new wine buying consumers. It has been my responsibility to ensure that we welcome this new set of wine buying public as well as properly retain the core, loyal customers that have been with us since our beginning. As Creative Director I am responsible for strategizing and producing all visual marketing content as well as some written - This extends to our Youtube Channel (The Extract) where we interview the wine world's greatest dignitaries and personalities. I also manage all aspects of our websites both visually and functionally including product photography, videography and video post-production. In addition to a creative role, I am also the Director of Operations of our business. This includes overseeing all digital marketing, web development, IT and Technical support, as well as employee procedure, business logistics, business strategy and customer service.
