This frees up time spent engineering, formatting, and loading data so that our team can focus on tasks requiring more innovation and creativity. - Supporting lead engineers in the conceptualization, development, and execution of Asset Management initiatives aimed at improving the overall reliability and safety of the grid in Puerto Rico. - Conceptualizing and executing an initiative to prepare the grid for emergency scenarios from the perspective of Asset Management.

Designed and implemented a Watson Assistant chatbot application in Spanish called 'Nipu' that navigates Colombian clients from beginner to 'hireability' in the new technology field by nudging them towards virtual courses offered by our partner educational institutions. In my time with the team, Nipu built up the capacity to provide over 200 permutations of course suggestions to Colombians with variable personality and technology career objectives.Authored development versions in Watson complete with client profiling ability and error handling.Small team SCRUM based framework applied to execute objectives.Designed a course database in Excel cataloguing every course with its appropriate level and path label (FEnd, BEnd, FStack, Mobile and Beg/Int/Adv Levels). These labelled courses translate into Watson where they are fed to clients throughout the lifetime of the conversation while 'hireability' is reinforced.During my internship, we enrolled 15 students into courses which translated into tuition for our partner institutions.

Collaborated on an SOP which led to a 15% increase in contract process efficiency.Contributed to the creation of a Cost-Benefit Analysis of hiring new graduates vs. experienced hires in Microsoft Excel, which encouraged hiring new graduates.Eliminated the requirement for physical copies in the contract process realizing 12% reduction in office paper usage.

Led an investigation of our engine test stand operation, which diagnosed an ongoing issue with a legacy fuel cut-off valve, and initiated the creation of an SOP to resolve the issue.Collaborated in the examination of engine test stand data with entries of 500 or more, ensuring the on-time certification of the PW800 turbofan engine in 02/2015 and reinforcing my strong communications skills. Reported to a lead engineer daily for requirements and progress assessment.Authored a tutorial manual for our new online database, which decreased the learning curve of on-boarding employees by 8%. Trained business users on how to navigate and operate the database.Responsible for programming a MATLAB tool which input engine test stand data and output pass/fail/retest values based on a criterion.
