In addition to normal DTP duties, I am involved in developing long term projects for the DTP team to work on during down time, ensuring all members of the DTP team are performing at a high level, developing continual improvements to quality in the DTP department, and keeping the number of department CAFs (Corrective Action Forms) to a minimum (< 5). I have also developed training modules for all staff (DTP, Project Coordinator and Project Managers) to optimize employee performance while working with MS Word and InDesign.
