Responsible for running reports for the planning and preparation of the training needs of LMCO Palmdale employees for Electronic Static Discharge Certification and Glove Protection Certification.Audit preparation, and collaborate in establishing processes for identified areas. Assist with analyzing training needs by modification or creation of training programs as needed. Work with manufacturing management to assist with employee’s current certification status to include LMS training, troubleshooting, creating processes and modifying employee profiles as needed. Support programs and training department by assisting with complex problems as they arise, scheduling training, identifying tools and or resources. Support new hire on boarding administration functions. Facilitate new hire training to include Employee Safety & Health (ESH) topics.
