I was involved in many projects and had many different job roles while with this company, ranging from intermediate programmer to technical project manager. I was the lead architect/developer for a successful Delphi product with a distribution of over 50,000 units.A large part of my time was spent with their Delphi/Java/Oracle core product, doing analysis, design, development and implementation. I was involved in large rollouts of an enterprise software product to large Australian companies (up to 10,000 employees). For the first of these I was part of a small team that was brought onboard to rescue a project that was about to become a lawsuit. The team successfully completed the implementation and gained a loyal and happy client. The next major implementation where I was technical lead from the beginning went in on time and on budget, with good results.
