I attends mediations and monitor trials in person, as required.Experience includes:- Managing complex litigation; crafting high quality / detailed coverage position letters- Interpreting service contracts with risk transfer / defense and indemnity obligations in mind- Formulating / documenting claim handling and resolution strategies- Adjudicating assigned claims in accordance with primary claims best practices & claims handling guidelines.- Working closely with Defense Counsel to ensure 100% compliance with AIG Litigation Guidelines - Periodic travel to attend meditations, trials and / or client meetings- Professionally and individually licensed to transact business in 28 states including AK, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KY, LA, ME, MS, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OK, OR, RI, SC, TX, UT, VT, WA, WV and WY Show less
