As the field of application development is constantly evolving, changing, and adapting to the changes in our world, lists of skills and technologies on resumes become less relevant and important. Rather, I believe that the best, most important skills I bring to bear are all "soft": ambition, curiosity, empathy, humility, integrity, honesty, leadership. These are the fundamental skills that have allowed me to adapt and excel in my career. Today, I use these skills along with more than 15 years of deep and varied experience developing applications to lead our application development team through technical problems while providing leadership on professional challenges. Together, my expertise and experience helped me deliver solutions for organizations like as large as FEMA and as focused as municipal water departments. And while some of these solutions won awards on the state or national levels, all of them have focused on the most important deliverables - helping clients make their daily work and workflows easier, more accurate, and more resilient.Skills like NET 6/7/8 and C# 10/11/12, EFCore, SQL Server 20XX, and HTML5/JS/CSS3 concepts, while important temporally, come and go with the years and in some cases months. It's our soft skills, the human factors that truly shape and define us. It's these skills that I've invested in and that I believe help me succeed in any environment.
