Manage the portfolio for one of the largest Ford Credit IT teams, a complex area (100+ global team members, 13 product teams) which has global demand and interfaces across all segments of Ford and Ford Credit businesses. A Product Development Organization who is primarily responsible for provisioning integrated data services by bringing in data from multiple regions, applications, and domains into one common format. Support data needs to enable data-driven decision making and create competitive advantage for the company.

Program team responsible for setting-up and processing applications through a new bank in Germany to avoid disrupting business upon the exit of the UK from the European Union.• Managed the largest IT (Retail) workstream (30 applications primarily in UK and German) through functional design discussions, development/testing, user acceptance testing, and launch planning to support the implementation of the new German bank• Successfully launched the two phases (software changes and data conversion) on-time• Defined test and production approaches and strategies for the entire program; Including incident management processes, detailed launch playbooks and flowcharts for 70+ applications across business and IT teams• Ran the control room over launch weekend and provided post launch support from Germany

Program Manager of the Global Collections project, a multi-phase / year project. The $26.4M project spanned across 40 teams, in multiple time zones and regions. Phase 1 (of 6) was the development and delivery of the application to the FCNA Bankruptcy center. This phase also included converting data from the legacy system to the new application database. Phase 2 successfully delivered pre-charge off collections and recovery functionality to China; part of the larger Quantum Program which launched the Ford Credit Wholesale and Retail Platforms to China.

Project Manager of the Ford Credit Europe Siebel Replacement Project. Responsibilities included planning, maintaining and resource balancing a 3000+ line plan, 40+ resources, 5 functional releases; including: UAT,Regression, Load Testing, Training, Dress Rehearsals, Launch Playbooks, Test Environment Management, Data Compliance requirements and participating in launching two markets (UK and Germany).

Led project to rewrite Ford CMARS application into existing Ford Credit UVIS application. Managed efforts of 10-18 IT resources across 3 applications to rewrite the CMARS application into UVIS. Developed/maintained the project plan, issues / risks logs, incident log and scope change requests. Developed integration/UAT test plans, conversion plans, prelaunch and production launch plans. Participated in defining the business requirements and technical designs.
