My final year dissertation is my most valuable engineering experience to date. Project title - Photopolymers for Holography. The project involved examining the uses of photopolymer materials in holographic recording for the application of holographic data storage. The aim was to find a stable polymer solution that could record hologram information without deteriorating over time. Holograms were created by exposing the photosensitive polymer material to the interference pattern of two coherent light sources. My contribution to this ongoing project was finding the potential effect that temperature change had on the polymer solution during exposure time.

Selling Kirby vacuum cleaners door-to-door. Giving in-house demonstrations of product to potential buyers. I was one of three remaining sales personnel out of an original group of twenty-five. This was achieved through meeting weekly sales quotas and positive attitude on job. Job required long hours, Monday - Saturday.
