Key achievements in this role include:• leading enterprise agreement negotiations for a variety of businesses, including challenging environments where there has been a breakdown in relationships and the presence of industrial action;• representing employers in unfair dismissal, disputes and other argued matters before the Fair Work Commission and WA Industrial Relations Commission;• analysing a business’s industrial relations environment to develop long term strategies that align with organisational objectives;• mentoring and coaching business owners, executive management and line managers;• resolving performance management issues and co-ordinating/conducting workplace investigations;• working with businesses to resolve and prevent industrial disputes;• assisting businesses to meet their employee relations commitment to clients;• managing union right of entry.

To facilitate the development of the Government's industrial relations policy for public and private sector workplaces, working with both Liberal and Labor ministers during a period of significant industrial relations reform.
