In his coaching practice Paul's focus on leadership skills is primarily with Entrepreneurs, Managers and Senior Level Executives.In addition to his Coaching credentials (PCC ,CPCC) Paul has achieved Professional level certification with the Mediation Association of Colorado (the MAC) on which he served as a Board Member.Paul is proud to have twice been recognized as Mediator of the year for Divorce and Parenting by his colleagues at Jefferson County Mediation Services. In 2015 Paul was again recognized by his peers at JCMS and awarded Mediator of the year for Workplace Mediation.Paul skills as a Coach/Facilitator have been recognized by leading Colorado based Mediation teachers and the Colorado Bar Association CLE program, whose mediation training programs he serves as a training coach.Prior to his successful career as a Coach & Mediator, Paul was the founder of Best Vacuum Inc and Bestvacuum.com one of the worlds first online retailers. Having sold the company in 2009, Paul continues to advise many small business owners regarding their business and coaching needs.
