Handling Natural Gas processing unit with advanced control systems and Fire & Gas suppression systems such as HIPPS etc.• Maintain production at optimum level by continuously monitoring vital signs of the plant, safety of the personnel and the equipment to ensure uninterrupted running of the plant.• Schedule and implement annual maintenance schedules in a cost effective and safe manner to enhance the productivity of the plant significantly by increasing the life of the equipment and ensuring continuous operation of the plant.• Compile and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure timely review related to plant.• Ensure that contractor employees are following the PTW system & safety procedures.• Ensure availability of production and safety critical items through continuous review of inventory level• Act as Responsible Area Authority for routine and non- routine Operation/Maintenance tasks.• Monitor and record the emission parameters to comply with the ISO 14001 standards.

CAIRN ENERGY, a UK based company is one of the premier oil & gas Exploration / Production Company. It operates in India, at RAVVA field in Andhra Pradesh, LAKSHMI field in Gujarat and MANGALA, BHAGYAM, AISHWARYA, RAAGESHWARI DEEP GAS, SARASWATHI and GUDA field in Rajasthan; in Gas Processing Terminal. This asset is capable of producing 240,000 BOPD of oil. Presently produces 500 BOPD of oil and 33 MMSCFD of associated and non associated natural gas. The field comprises of 200 oil wells and 35 gas wells, with three trains for crude stabilization, and one train for gas treatment unit. The dew pointed gas is supplied to end users located at 700 km through pipeline.NATURE OF ASSIGNMENT:The charges which I handle are as follows,Assisting and attending Minor maintenance.Receiving Instructions from control room operator and their follow up.Following the safety procedures and their Implementation.Follow up preventive maintenance activities.Performing routines activities.Preparatory job’s follow up for the issue of Hot and Cold work permit system.Have knowledge about Fire and safety equipment and Personnel Protective equipment.Had excellent experience in scheduled Turn around jobs.Conversant with PTW system involving Cold work, hot work, and excavation certificate and confined space entry certificate.Handled Heat Exchangers, Distillation Column, Vacuum Pumps, Valves and High pressure Pumps, Compressors.-Did other various responsibilities as assigned. Supervise various process and safety related PM’s & shutdown jobs under Permit to Work, Job safety analysis, and conducting Tool Box Meetings

Phosphoric Acid Plant, Operations; Completed B.Tech Project on ‘PRODUCTION OF BIO-DIESEL’ and developed a simulation model using CHEMCAD.
