• Prepare customer rate/service quotations for single and multiple trade lanes
• Request bookings from carriers, confirm bookings to customers, and send FTL & LTL pick-up orders to truckers
• Receive, validate, and process export documentation
• Process AES declarations to US Customs & Border Protection
