Retirement Concierge Processing Analyst
Current-Develop lead analytics in partnership with marketing and the sales team.-Assess and implement strategies to optimize Salesforce CRM to improve lead generation and client meeting outcomes. -Create analytical reports for the Director of the Retirement Concierges -Create sales cadences to increase the exposure of the company.-Maintain quality of reporting and analysis used to manage the Concierge team-Create campaigns in CRM for in-person events and allocate the leads to our sales team after the completion of the event. -Ensure quality control by listening to the call recording, and confirming all steps of the cadences have been followed.-Review and analyze email and SMS templates to improve open rate, engagement rate, set rate and conversion rate.
