Tasks & responsibilities:- I was responsible for the continuous improvement of the operational services (Coordinated Security Analysis, Outage Planning Coordination, Short and Medium Term Adequacy forecasts, Coordinated Capacity Calculation) at TSCNET, to ensure that the operational processes are efficient, effective and operable. I was coordinating and supporting the investigation of occasional issues, shaping of the processes and management of the changes within the operational team.- I was implementing new services: one of the greatest achievement was the implementation the Weekly Outage Planning Coordination service. I am the most proud of the introduction of efficient issue handling and coordination of improvements with other business units (development and IT) during the start-up phase. After the implementation, I was responsible for the continuous improvement of the process and management of the changes with the operational team.- I really enjoyed coaching and supporting my fellow team members - it was great to see, how they evolved to cope with their challenges by themselves. In our continuously growing, young and diverse team of 12 great individuals I was taking care that each one of them can find those activities which fits their interest and qualities, and did my best to support them to grow in their role.- I participated in the staffing of our growing team, by contributing to the selection process, conducting interviews and coordinating the on-boarding phase.

I was responsible for the organization of the regular yearly customer event of TSCNET in 2016, 2017 and 2018.My main task was to lead the team of 4-7 persons to organize the event location, catering, bus transfer and coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders in order to provide the necessary content (presentations, workshops, poster session) and team-building activities.Furthermore, I had to take care of the proper communication with internal and external participants during the planning phase and make sure, that everything goes all right during the event. Based on the feedback, the event was always very appreciated by the participants, and the excellent organization was always highlighted.

Tasks & responsibilities:- My main activity was to analyze the operational processes, the data and the tools used at TSCNET, in order to provide directions for quality improvement of Coordinated Security Assessment, Coordinated Capacity Calculation services and the quality of the input data.- I introduced regular feedback procedure in our operational teams, to review the quality of the processes, provide improvement proposals and implement the necessary changes. I am very proud of this activity as I believe it was contributing to the improvement of the quality of the processes. During this activity, I learned a lot about the operational services and change management.- I was responsible for the improvement of advanced data analysis and visualization tools at TSCNET. In this role I had to specify requirements for data quality analysis and business intelligence solutions.- I was reviewing business and IT development proposals and provided valuable feedback to further extend TSCNET’s service and tool portfolio.- One of the important regular tasks was to perform quality assurance for regular reports and customer communication. - To be successful in this role, I was strongly relying on my analytical skills, which were also highlighted and appreciated by my fellow colleagues.

Successful improvement of the Data Visualization System at TSCNET- I was leading a small team of 5 IT and service experts with the goal to improve the freshly implemented Data Visualization System at TSCNET, based on the OSISoft PI System - We manged to implement several new data streams: we set up the data delivery path, the interface to the database (UFL interface), updated the database structure (PI Asset Framework) accordingly and created visualizations and reports (PI Coresight, PI Vision and PI DataLink).- As one of the greatest success, we managed to rationalize the database structure and store more data using for the same database costs.

Tasks & responsibilities: - I was supervising the operation of TSCNET’s 24/7 software platform, to ensure the high quality and timely delivery of Coordinated Security Analysis, Coordinated Capacity Calculation and Multilateral Remedial Action services for 13 TSOs in Europe.- I was regularly moderating video conferences with 2-13 TSO operational planning engineers from all over Europe, to coordinate operational measures and supported the participants to find efficient solutions in stressful and time-pressured situations with high success. This activity improved my communication and conflict management skills a lot. - I believe I was really good with performing data quality analysis and collaboration with team members to improve service quality. During this activity I learned a lot about power system modelling, load-flow calculations and the CSA tool of TSCNET called AMICA.- It was my regular activity to assess the quality of services and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports towards internal and external stakeholders.- Furthermore, I was also involved in the support of service development and testing.- As a TSC Operator, I worked in 8 hour shifts in 24/7, which taught me a lot about the life of shift workers. Since at this time I was usually alone in the operator room, I learned a lot about stress resilience, prioritization and multitasking.

Tasks & responsibilities: - I was preparing the yearly, monthly, weekly and daily network operation plans for the Hungarian transmission grid, in coordination with national and international partners. I learned a lot about organization and communication during these activities.- I was performing a lot of grid security calculations and simulation of different operational states, using steady state load flow calculations with Siemens EMS/SCADA system and PSS/E load-flow tool. I learned a lot about the Hungarian and the neighboring grid and the different operational measures to handle congestions.- I was highly involved in in the operation of daily international grid model exchange procedure (DACF/IDCF process). I created and internal tool using Python and PSS/E to evaluate the quality of our output and visualize the results of the process. I also mastered the UCT format and learned a lot about grid modelling and load-flow tools.- As an everyday responsibility, I was performing he calculation and coordination of Network Transfer Capacity with the neighboring TSOs. I learned a lot about the market operations in Hungary and the neighboring countries.- Accurate grid parameter database is essential for good quality of calculations, therefore I was also involved in the improvement of the grid parameter database by coordinating with other departments and preparing basic error check methods. - As additional activities, I also participated in the ex-post analysis of the transmission grid operation, the calculation of grid losses, demand side management and improvement of different local IT tools from user perspective.

Successful implementation of TSC processes at MAVIR:The project covered:- the preparation of legal background and coordination with management, Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. - the complete preparation and implementation of new operational procedures, including the training and licensing procedure of the operational staff.- coordinating the procurement and installation of the necessary IT background with the local IT and external experts (setup of virtual environment, videoconferencing system and installation of necessary software) in a highly secure environment.
