As a database conversion engineer, I help customers who are on-boarding with Henry Schein One. We take their current database and run it through our processes to convert it into data that our software can read. I run a lot of T-SQL queries. If a customer requests special work done to clean up or customize their data, I will write a custom SQL script for them. I fix errors in databases as they come along, such as a column having NULL values or foreign key errors. The job demands great attention to detail and strict observance of HIPAA laws.

I support Henry Schein's web based dental office software. I support basic how to question up to gathering the required information to submit work Items to our Development team. I Do both phone and email support. I help escalated office and help resolve a wide verity of issues. I do basic web / network and computer troubleshooting.

I take a wide variety of calls. I am support offices that use Dentrix Core software. I answer simple how to questions, troubleshoot errors in the software and run utilities to fix those errors. I still support other products such as, eClaims, Quickbill, Powerpay and help with installation and upgrade of Dentrix.

On a day to day basis, I take calls from dental practices that have questions and issues regarding their services they have with Henry Schein. Right now help solve issues with filing and submitting claims electronically. Interaction with practices is done over the phone. There are times where I will need to remote into a practices computer to help solve an Issue. I believe in serving with a smile on my face while talking on the phone. I am very good at diagnosing an offices issue and quick at getting the issue solved in a timely manner. I have had to learn many new terms and solve many new issues over the past 2 months. Once I learn how to solve an issue the next call with that same issue goes very quickly. I enjoy talking to people and helping them solve their issues and getting back on with their day.

Being a Customer Solutions Associate has been a job that has taught me many new skills. At Ancestry I have the opportunity to interact with new customers and long-time members of Ancestry. I assist customer through the phone and help them with a wide range of tasks; Purchasing or canceling a subscription, needing help with account issues, helping members with technical issues on the website and answering general questions about Ancestry products and services. Since working at Ancestry I have learned how to use Sales Force case management software, I have also learned how to respond to customers over the phone and through email. I have had to learn and adapt to understand unstated needs of customers, I have learned how to deescalate customer on the phone. I am always doing my best to help the customer and uphold company policy.

As a sales associate, I interacted with customers on a minute to minute basis. I had to be able to answer a question quickly and help the customer find solutions for their question quickly. Some of my other roles were; selling State fishing and hunting licenses, answering questions over the phone, selling knives and ammunition, mixing paint, cutting fabric, stocking merchandise, organizing the shelf's to keep them looking nice for customers. I enjoy helping people find solutions to their questions and problems.
