While continuing management of the global database operations at Workforce Software I relocated to the corporate headquarters at the end of my expatriate assignment. This allowed me to take on the additional roles of scrum master and product owner to lead a cross functional platform support team. These additional roles provided the opportunity to greatly reduce delays in project execution time as well as provide increased service to our internal and external customers. The primary role of the platform support team was to successfully optimize our investment in our Oracle ULA agreement. At the successful completion of this project we increased our certified license count from 4 to 3200 licenses for a fixed support cost saving the company a significant amount in licensing and support costs.My next project was the deployment, optimization, migration, and upgrade of thousands of live client environments in thirteen legacy colocation datacenters into Oracle Cloud with minimal downtime. This includes conversion of a large number of environments from SqlServer to Oracle.

As part of our company's expansion I was asked to become and expat and move to the UK in order to establish a cloud services team locally. I continued to be the SME for the database team and manage employees across the globe. In addition to this I am responsible for all aspects of creating a new cloud services team resident in the UK. This would span multiple disciplines including Database Administration, Infrastructure, and System Administration roles. I was chosen for this opportunity due to my knowledge of our products and leadership skills shown during my time leading the DBA team in my previous role.
