The total value of projects I have oversight of is in excess of $5.5 Billion. I also have safety oversight on aspects of the safety processes including accident investigations, internal and external safety system auditing. I have constantly been a key driver of strategic safety planning (3-5 year) and delivered significant safety performance, insurance cost reductions and developed organisational and cultural change initiatives to drive incidents, lead and lag indicators to target levels for large global organisations with up to 45,000 employees worldwide.
