Areas of responsibility:• Ongoing management of a portfolio of borrower connections requiring effective and efficient management, ensuring that actions are in line with all relevant Capita and/or legislative policies (as well as Private Equity client requirements) in order to deliver agreed goals. • Conducting due diligence on the loan portfolio and assisting in formulating the optimal strategy for maximising loan recovery. • Proactive management of underlying assets securing loans, including implementation of strategies for debt recovery and ongoing management of secured assets in a timely fashion. • Drafting succinct credit applications for discussion and review with the client. • Assisting Senior Asset Manager / Senior Manager in the organisation of borrower meetings and where relevant act as point of contact for borrower, their advisors and our client. • Delivery of accurate and robust MI as required by our client.• Ensuring the effective operation of and maximising recovery of the assigned portfolio.

Areas of responsibility:• Managing a portfolio of impaired customers with debt levels ranging from £1m to £10m.• Achieving deleverage targets on a monthly/annual basis.• Reviewing and recommending settlement proposals from customers to Senior Bank Executives.• Regular customer contact, face to face, over the phone and in writing.• Proactively managing and reviewing client cases and working to ensure all account reviews are undertaken on a timely basis.• Managing provision levels for my portfolio.• Recommending applications to sanctioners for facility increases / decreases / renewals.• Interacting with Solicitors, Receivers, Administrators and Planning Consultants to implement recovery strategies.• Training and managing of Assistant Relationship Managers who have been seconded from other industries with no prior Banking experience.

Areas of responsibility:• Assisting in the overall management of a portfolio of impaired customers.• Achieving a number of financial targets including debt reduction, increased margins, fees etc.• Supporting the Relationship Manager (“RM”) with regular customer contact.• Assisting the RM in managing and reviewing client cases and work with the team to ensure all account reviews are undertaken on a timely basis.• Drafting applications for facility increases / decreases / renewals.• Compilation of reports for submission to relevant Committees, including Strategic Credit Reviews and Cash-flow provision preparation.• Working with Solicitors, Receivers, Administrators and Planning Consultants to implement recovery strategies.• Ensuring that appropriate security reviews are undertaken and any outstanding security is perfected.

Areas of responsibility:• Managing a team of 8 full time and 4 part time administrative assistants.• Handling daily creditors meetings and ensuring approval of the voluntary arrangements. • Contacting customers and creditors to negotiate modifications due to creditor objections within a strict 14 day time limit. • Preparing weekly and monthly KPI reports for Senior Management.• Drafting IVA / CVA proposals including reviewing current financial position of clients and agreeing repayment plans with unsecured creditors.• Training / mentoring new staff members within the drafting and administrative teams. • Attending Company trade shows with Senior Management to promote the department and gain referrals.
