I'm an organizer and third generation union member who believes all workers deserve the strength of a union, the right to collectively bargain, and a voice in their workplace. It is my intent to give workers the skills to build their union and make their workplace better by coming together with their coworkers to make change.I am currently employed as the Associate Executive Director of Organizing at the Michigan Nurses Association. I manage the MNA Organizing program and staff. We work to develop strong nurse leaders and build effective organization with the power to fight and win improvements both inside and outside health systems.The Michigan Nurses Association is the largest and most effective union for nurses and healthcare professionals in Michigan, representing approximately 13,000 members across the state. MNA is an affiliate of National Nurses United, AFL-CIO.
