Sales Coach
CurrentReporting to the Head of DSC, my responsibility as a member of the management team is to provide selling skills coaching to support the business objectives. This is done mainly through one to one and workshop interventions. The department consists of c45 TSEs, c10 Small Business Export Advisors and a sales support team.I have created and developed skills, observation, reporting and analysis tools and techniques to enhance and monitor sales performance.In the last 9 years I have recruited, inducted, trained, coached and mentored a number of BESMA winners in both telephones sales executive of the year and new sales person of the year categories. In 2005 I won my own BESMA for Sales Trainer of the Year.
