Responsible for all aspects of PeopleSoft including new feature implementation, upgrades, operations, business process development, database management, training and end user support. Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Environment consists of approximately 80 users across multiple facilities nationwide. Modules include GL, AP, AR, PO, BI, IN, OM and Projects with interfaces to external systems including shipping, eCommerce, Hyperion, credit card, and banking systems. Responsible for database architecting and report creation/data mining to streamline operations and support complex business processes. Integrated PeopleSoft into Excel, allowing Finance to quickly manipulate and analyze data in a cube like manner. Aid user community with process development and audits. Assist with client proposals. Organize company moral boosting activities.Key Achievements: • Upgrade PeopleSoft 8.0 to 9.1 • Created procedures, documents and infrastructure to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. • Created Complex Reporting and BI to support user and management staff. • Hire and manage highly productive, motivated staff of developers. • Automate forecasting and Hyperion Integration through nVision. • Implement standardized task and business process definitions throughout the organization. • Created simple to use, warehouse processes and tools to manage complex inventory functions.

Time was distributed as 20% management, 30% Functional and 50% technical.Key Achievements:• Planned and implemented warehouse automation, including integrated shipping stations, bar coding, labeling and streamlined flow.• Supported multiple Business Units, including separate client financials and inventory. Automated systems were put in place to “sell” product from company owned Business Units to client owned Business Units.• Completed upgrade/implementation project of PeopleSoft 7 to 8 using in-house staff.
