I find solutions. I’ve been in the Financial Services Industry for my entire career and no matter the role, I was always finding solutions. I have worked in customer facing roles, operations and technology. I have led teams in transformation and operations and I have executed for results. My quest to find solutions to problems, simple and complex, continues in my role today. I am a talented servant leader, specializing in one-on-one or group facilitation to listen and discover, and enabling team delivery. I am skilled at analyzing best practices for optimization, problem solving and working towards achieving collaborative business goals and strategic direction. I am a passionate developer of people and potential and a coach to senior managers and business leaders.Outside of my professional life, I pursue and enjoy many passions that utilize my skill sets. I am a Director and an Actor at the Des Moines Community Playhouse and other community theaters in the Des Moines Metro area. Working with a group of people that don't report to me, but we are able to find strengths of an individual and work as a team to put together an end result (a show) where we all have a part to play in the ultimate success of our product.Taking my talent development skills to a different set of individuals, I am an adjudicator for the Iowa High School Musical Theater Award program, through the Des Moines Performing Arts, where I attend shows and provide written feedback to high schools across Iowa on ways to continue to improve their musical productions. Feedback is provided on all facets of a musical from actors to sound to directors to sets to how the experience was for someone coming to see a show. I am also a judge and speech coach for the Iowa High School Speech Association. When I judge, it is to provide constructive feedback that allows high school performers to grow in the category they are performing. It is to highlight the strengths and offer suggestions on how to improve weaker areas. I am an on-screen and voice-over talent and have done commercial work and documentary narration for IPTV. I am also the public address announcer for the Roosevelt High School Football program.
