- Design and manufacture aerodynamics and suspension components for FSAE electric race car- Designed swan neck mounts for front wing- Created tabs and jigs for mounting aero and suspension components - Manufactured layups for aerodynamics components with Leading Edge Composites and in-house, creating wing airfoils and body panels- Numerous other tasks, including airfoil clear-coating, switchbox assembly, and assisting with accumulator assembly

- Designed and prototyped fixtures for workstations on battery manufacturing line to increase production efficiency- Tested mechanical and electrical properties of epoxies and acrylic-based adhesives for selection to use in production- Helped design layout of pilot phase battery manufacturing line

- Design and manufacture lunar rover prototype for Phase 2 of NASA's Break the Ice Challenge - Successfully excavated 3280 kg of regolith across 77 excavations in 15 days, driving a total of 87 km and placing 4th- Designed layout and mounting systems for rover avionics systems- Built structural frame for rover's excavation system- Designed and built electrical solar cart to convert solar energy and store it in batteries for recharging rover- Developed CAD model of rover's components for simulations
