Self motivated and detail-oriented problem solver who embraces challenges and opportunities for growth, I am currently augmenting my skill sets through a Business Analytics degree at Duke University’s The Fuqua School of Business. At Fuqua, I have expanded my analytical toolkit in proficiencies in technical tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau, as well as in capabilities in machine learning techniques, deep learning models, data mining and cleaning, and correlation and causality inferences. Prior to Fuqua, I have worked in an exporting company in Taiwan focusing on women’s hair accessories, where I spearheaded licensed goods projects with stakeholders such as Walmart, Family Dollar, Disney, and Viacom. In addition, I focused heavily on process improvements from developing cost minimizing strategies and optimizing order fulfillment processes to integrating technology to improve business efficiency across the board from merchandise design to mass production.With a passion for integrating tools to solve business challenges and render data-driven insights, I am actively seeking opportunities in data analytics. I am eager to apply my problem-solving aptitudes and tool kits synthesized from my professional experiences and graduate education to drive organizational success in an innovative and forward-thinking setting.
