At this position, I was able to use the skills I have learned in school. I ran the Instagram and Facebook accounts and posted regularly on both channels, utilizing SMO and hashtags in order to grow their reach. - Track and report on social media analytics to demonstrate success of each platform- Help achieve corporate marketing goals by developing strategic content- Increase shares, saves, likes and follows by 50% by incorporating interesting and informative content- Shoot and edit photos to share across all platforms- Monitor social media content to maintain continuity across platforms- Engage daily with community using posts and stories- Optimize social media strategies by tracking customer engagement and feedback

At this job I learned great customer service skills and how to interact with the public.
