In my role as Associate Director in Protein Production, I provide leadership, management, and direction to the recombinant protein production team, lead and coordinate multiple projects related to recombinant protein production, offer in-depth knowledge of recombinant protein production, provide guidance in designing and optimizing experimental work, ensure quality standards and regulatory requirements are met, work closely with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, develop and manage budgets for the protein production team, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, oversee and analyze experimental data and present findings to internal teams and external stakeholders, and identify potential risks in the protein production process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
