Scope of work included: concrete plant asset upgrades, operational streamlining, promoting OH&S procedures/ policies, environmental compliance and budget analysis. Key Project Roles:- Project managed a stage-by-stage initiative to increase the standards of various concrete plants across South Australia. The initiative allowed the sites to fall in line with current operational safety and environmental best practices, while ultimately ensuring bottom line profitability. - Responsible for conducting financial analysis of proposed projects through detailed feasibility studies to support senior management’s long range capital financial plans - Preparation of both operational and financial presentations for senior management depicting potential benefits of the proposed capital spends - Solely responsible for developing a variety of AFE’s and capital spends in excess of $300,000 - Development of detailed project plans, which allowed for budget management and overall project efficiency - End-to-end roll out of upgrades, from initial financial plans through to fully operational turnkey solutions

The project incorporated a capital spend of $200,000, with an asset value in excess of $750,000- Project managed a state wide continuous improvement safety initiative involving CAPEX and R&M expenditure in excess of $150,000 throughout 5 concrete plants and 2 quarries - Assisted in the preparation of the quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for both the metro and regional concrete plants and quarries
