I made sure the resources the library purchased were paid for. I also reported on the pace of spending throughout the year to make sure we were on track with our budget. For these purposes I used: Alma Analytics, MS Power BI, and our institution's Purchasing and ERP systems.

I mostly lent books and articles to other libraries. I received requests for borrowing our resources, determined whether we could lend those resources, and, if we could, got them out the door (physically or digitally). I also received back previously lent books and got them back to the shelves.
