• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers;• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products so as to be able to provide useful information to customers;• Consult suitable goods according to customers’ needs and meet requirements;• Be responsible for prior, during and after deals;• Coordinate and manage the activities of sales personnel to ensure adherence to established customer service standards;• Prepare necessary documents such as: Purchase Orders, New Order Request, Order Updating, Weekly Delivery Schedule;• Track and summarize all orders in terms of delivery, payment, feedbacks;

Vietnam

• Issue Purchase Orders based on forecast and demand and follow up the delivery of POs;• Check invoices based on Purchase Orders and contracts and follow up the payment status, includingsuppliers for cargos and services;• Arrange proper delivery to Customer (Local and Overseas) to achieve the requested;minimize the logistic cost in the meantime;• Prepare P/L, B/L, Invoices and other necessary documents to Customers;• Arrange Sample delivery based on request from Sales;• Follow payment of companies in Vietnam and overseas;• Calculate and balance input and output materials quantity;• Coordinate with forwarders to ensure finishing Customs clearance;• Coordinate with service providers to arrange transportation from port to warehouse and in turn as scheduled;• Coordinate with related Departments/ Sections to solve issues arising during operation;• Assist and report to General Director and interpret since working with foreign partners;

• Assist Sales Director in daily managing jobs;• Manage autos documents, sales contracts and relevant documents in order to accomplishdeals;• Tracking and monthly reporting sales status to company principals;• Assist Sales Director in drawing order plan including quantity, color and type ofvehicles in certain periods;• Prepare reports: Daily Sales report, month-end stock report, Customers database, DealerSales plan to Managers of Mercedes-Benz Company Limited in Vietnam.• Coordinate with other Departments to import CBU vehicles;• Manage and report quantity of daily selling vehicles, stock, pending orders and quarterlyplan of Sales Department;• Interpret for Board of Directors during meetings;
