My journey in the world of transportation started in 1994, from early years I worked as a customs broker clearing freight through US customs (Ocean Freight & Air Freight) for the top brokerage house. I then transitioned over to the shipping side and became the International Traffic Manager for Culp, Inc one of the worlds leading fabric manufacturers where I handled all International shipments traveling overseas. Although the opportunity was great, I truly missed my calling and maneuvered my way back over to the shipping side and became a Air Freight Sales rep for Lynden Airfreight where I met my mentor who taught me how to build relationships with my customers and work with passion! Through this position I truly heard the need for " trucks " not air freight and dove into the Trucking world and continued to teach myself all facets of transportation : FTL ( V, R,FB, Specialized,Intermodal, Ramp to Ramp, OSD), Partials (V, FB, HS), Expedited (V, R, FB, HS, Box, Sprinter) - My Niche' is my vast knowledge in this business allows me to be a full service broker for my customers for all of their freight needs.
