I also have sites for Apartments, Retail, Residential and Industrial uses .I have over 30 years experience in development and can provide consulting services for entitlements, permits, approvals,due diligence,demographics , comps and Construction Managment from site work through finishes and FF&E. . I just finished a 47 unit memory care community in MA called the Seasons of Danvers I am currently seeking new development opportunities in Massachusetts, Rhode Island,New Hampshire, Connecticut and New York.
