In 2019, we reorganized our global communications organization in concert with P&G’s broader corporate transformation. As a result, my team and I now own end-to-end communications support for nearly 80% of P&G employees. This includes functional support for Product Supply, Research & Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Global Business Services—and executive communications for the respective presidents. End-to-end support includes internal and external communications—employee communications, media relations (traditional/social), communications governance, and issues and crisis management.

In October 2016, our group won the inaugural PR News Platinum Award for "Team of the Year." We did this by massively disrupting how we communicated to and with our employees--including an innovative employee social sharing platform. Having the best team became critical, as we were on the front lines of the largest proxy contest in U.S. history in 2017. What an experience!
