As a Director of Enfactum I work with client leadership teams across APAC to enhance customer experience thru marketing services, business analytics, creative designing and digital services. I draw upon my 20+ years of business experience to help create & deliver services for our clients. I am able to weave my flair for creative designs, ability to visualize and administrative competence to meet tough customer requirements. I started my business as a fashion designer in 1998 and expanded the scope of work towards setting up a boutique to fashion designing for TV Reality show. My constant quest for learning took me towards Teaching and organizing creative events in school. Over so many years I have been fortunate to have travelled world over and met and understood cultural diversity in Asia & Europe. My passion for creativity drives me to bring to life simple, mundane jobs and create a difference with low budgets for my clients.Since 2010, I have worked to build Enfactum and its offerings. Right from setting up the office to managing the operational aspects I stay involved in all aspects. Over the years I have been fortunate to build a team of competent people who have stayed with us delivering consistent value to our clients. I am the bridge between Strategy & Execution for all our clients because of my people capabilities & commitment to deliver on time.I am passionate mother of two girls and enjoy parenting as much as my work. I like to travel, socialize and interact with people from different cultures and explore the vastness of creativity around the world. I am an avid collector of interesting art for personal use.
