I began my journey in the Call Centre industry 9 years ago, starting as a Sales Agent in an Outbound campaign. From day one, I encountered a vast range of personalities and quickly learned that convincing customers to make a purchase is an art that requires patience, skill, and resilience. Soon after, I transitioned into the Quality Assurance department—an area often underestimated but rich with opportunities for growth and impact. QA isn't just about ticking boxes; it's about diving deep into data, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring both clients and agents are satisfied. Watching agents grow, helping them refine their skills, and witnessing their progress is incredibly rewarding. Over the years, I've advanced from a Quality Assessor to a Quality Team Leader, and now, I am proud to lead as the Quality Assurance Department Manager. This role is, without a doubt, one of the most challenging I've ever taken on, but it’s that very challenge that fuels my drive for personal growth and excellence. I thrive on pushing my limits to not only improve myself but also inspire my team to reach new heights.
