Current• As Senior Quality cum Material Expert responsible for cheking the materials testing laboratory and field tests carried out by contractor and carry out independent tests.Identification of material sources inspecting and approving all sources of borrow materials and aggregates.Ensuring that material testing and sampling are in accordance with specifications,Ensuring that materials delivered at site comply with specifications.Responsible for review the test results of quarry and borrow materials, supervise the setting-up of the impact rock crusher and concrete Batching plants,Responsible for approval of pavement construction methodology and carrying out maintenance supervision of existing pavement.Review and approve the testing program and procedures submitted by contractor including contractor’s quality plan as per IRC and MORT&H guidelines.Involve in calibration of equipments and overseeing the proper functionality of site laboratory facility.Review of QAP submitted by contractor & Responsible for establishing all required materials sampling and testing procedures,formats,recording and approval criteria.Responsible for preparation of MPR as submitted to client.
