* Experience in End to End Recruitment .* Handle recruiting from junior level to top management.* Understand the requirement & delivering to client within the time frame* Source the right consultants using personal & organisation database, head hunting, job posting, job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Techfetch etc.* Take preliminary telephonic interview* Short list of applicants depending on the client needs* Send suitable CV’s to the client in the standard format.* Interact & screen them as per the client requirement.* Negotiate with the suitable candidates for rates, strating dates, etc,.* Organize interviews and Co-ordinate with the candidates and clients.* Follow up with candidate during interview* Experience in negotiating and successfully closing offers/deals with Candidates.* Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates* Coordinating with the candidates till their induction into the organisation.
