Network Security Engineer
Current•Monitoring all network processes to ensure the smooth flow of data across the network and running hardware diagnostics and replacing failing parts in a timely manner and troubleshoot issues to identify network/system faults, optimize network capacity, and maintain network stability.•Analyzing and researching network traffic patterns to optimize the customer experience and network efficiency and improve, harden, test, monitor, and tuning networking software/hardware to ensure optimum systems performance.•Troubleshoots and recommends improvements to network including operating systems and related software and provides tactical and strategic input to overall network planning and related projects.•Conduct network optimization and continuously assess network performance to anticipate future network requirements and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.•Providing intermediate technical support (level 1/2) related to network troubleshooting, and fault rectification of technical issues related to networking equipment and services within agreed timeframes that reflect business impact and importance.•Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues promptly to minimize downtime.•Troubleshooting and managing (Palo Alto/Cisco/Meraki/Fortinet/Juniper/Aruba/MIST Al/Cradlepoint and F5).•Working with service vendors on TAC cases (Palo Alto/Cisco/Meraki/Fortinet/Juniper/Aruba/MIST AI /Cradlepoint and F5).•Manage network technologies, protocols, and industry trends (SD-WAN,TCP/IP,BGP,MPLS,VPN,IPsec, Routing,Switching,Voice,traditional WAN technologies).•Adhere to ITILv4 processes, execute on incident, problem, change and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.•Day to day management of the Network, including fault remediation, firewall creation and modification, VLAN creation, modification and deletion based on change request.
